Hotel Fusion and C-Two Hotels announced the opening of their new restaurant, Taste on Ellis. Lead by Executive Chef Peter Ochoa, Taste will introduce a completely unique taste profile blending Hawaiian and Hispanic flavors. Guests will find a full breakfast menu, a bar bites lunch menu and a full dinner menu. Furthermore, almost every item comes with a signature cocktail. The new interior design completes the total renovation of this location conveniently located just off Union Square.
