C-Two Hotels, along with the Amin Group announce the development of a 100 room Element Hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is part of the Starwood brand. The 100-room hotel is being built along with the multi-modal station in the O’Rourke Building, in Moline Illinois.
The project will transform the 100-year-old O’Rourke Building located at 4th Avenue and 12th Street. As a result, it will turn into a hotel and Amtrak passenger station. Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of 2015.
Starwood’s approval brings to three, the number of brands that have approved C-Two to manage their hotels, along with Choice Hotels, and IHG.
