C-Two Hotels and Kinney Chan are in the midst of a significant renovation of hotel fusion in San Francisco. “This is more than a renovation,” said CEO Robert Ferree. The CEO said “This is a transformation of an independent hotel into a full service boutique hotel.” There will be a new lobby along with a new unique restaurant concept that will be added. The lobby lounge and meeting space will complement the upgrades in the guest-rooms. There will also be some upgrades to the corridors and exercise facility. Furthermore, it is expected to be completed by the middle of 2015.
